Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at The Food Dudes Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, developing budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Recruit staff
  • Train staff
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The Food Dudes Inc. is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will be working in a noisy environment with various locations. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
