Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our hiring and orientation process, sourcing qualified candidates, and applying advanced interviewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers and HR to discuss hiring needs and formulate strategies.
  • Design and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Source qualified candidates through job sites, databases, and networking.
  • Establish connections with professional groups, communities, and other organizations.
  • Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Assist hiring teams in interviewing candidates through various methods.
  • Advise hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Create reports on hiring progress and recruiting metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including coordinating the orientation process.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or certificate in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • Proven success as a recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience in the recruitment life cycle.
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High degree of flexibility to adapt to and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and HRIS systems.
