Job Overview

At Impact Immigration Solutions, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both manually and electronically.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Co-ordinate daily operations, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
