Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at TBC NORTH FOOD SERVICES INC. DBA TIM HORTONS RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that our team is working together effectively.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
