Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at M and M Esso and Convenience. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales team members, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
