Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at M and M Esso and Convenience. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Language:The primary language of this role is English.
