Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at M and M Esso and Convenience. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
- Manage cash handling and reconcile sales transactions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including scheduling and training.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
