About the Role

As a Senior Client Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, reflecting the personality and humanity of our organization. We prioritize our clients' financial goals, and your primary objective is to provide exceptional service to our clients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a front-line representative, ensuring clients are efficiently and effectively served.
  • Contribute to branch objectives by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities (e.g., opening new accounts, executing pre-approved credit offers, processing CPGs, etc.).
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Empower clients with your technical expertise, introducing them to Scotiabank's mobile banking services and assisting them in managing their financial affairs.

Requirements:

  • Build strong connections with clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • Discover clients' needs and respond accordingly.
  • Explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Succeed in a productivity-driven environment while valuing teamwork.
  • Be eager to learn and determined to succeed.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A professional, friendly, and efficient approach.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience, as well as financial advisory skills.
  • Strong technical skills to present and promote digital banking services.
  • Previous banking experience is an asset.
