We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Client Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Branch Network, your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to our clients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will act as a front-line representative, ensuring clients are efficiently and effectively served.
  • You will contribute to branch objectives by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities (e.g., opening new accounts, executing pre-approved credit offers, processing CPGs, etc.).
  • You will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • You will leverage your technical expertise to present and promote our digital banking services and self-serve options to clients.

Requirements

  • You will possess strong customer service skills.
  • You will be committed to delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service.
  • You will be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule.
  • You will have a proven track record of sales and marketing calls, as well as experience in providing financial advice.
  • You will possess strong technical skills to present and promote our digital banking services and self-serve options.
