Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at BC LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
