Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Consultant, Fullstack Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Lead the development of microservices architecture and integrate with API and messaging systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage synergies across various areas.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consult on risk issues related to engineering technology and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market conditions to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise in API, microservices development, and integration using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js.
  • Experience with OAuth, event-driven/messaging architectures, and DevOps pipeline.
  • Expertise in agile practices for software development and Kubernetes.
  • Azure API management and development experience are a plus.
