At FOUR WINDS MOTEL INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
