We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Continental Seafood Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is memorable.
About the Role:- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage options.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure that all transactions are handled promptly and efficiently.
- You have previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and strive for continuous improvement.
- You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
