Job Summary

M Moser Associates is seeking an accomplished Senior Designer to lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.

This role requires a strong portfolio of corporate workplace design experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to develop and implement design concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to establish design parameters, including budget, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements
  • Develop and deliver design presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Guide the work of design team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality design outcomes
  • Monitor and maintain design quality, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
  • Problem-solve design issues and apply inventive solutions to meet client needs
Requirements
  • 8-15 years of experience in workplace interior design or architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office, and InDesign
  • Strong presence in the market, active engagement in industry events
  • Impressive track record of happy clients and a portfolio of signature conceptual design work
  • Knowledgeable in local codes, permitting, and designing toward target budget
