Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Plan and execute inventory management processes to ensure a well-stocked store for our customers.
- Merchandising Standards: Maintain and enforce merchandising standards and visual displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of inventory management specialists to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding products and resolving issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, merchandising, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
