Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

SHIVRAJ GHUMAN CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including cost estimates and material requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is outdoors, with frequent exposure to noise and construction sites.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
