Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Develop and validate new testing methods.
  • Maintain laboratory quality control and compliance with regulations.
  • Train and supervise laboratory personnel.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss findings and implications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (e.g., ASCP, CSMLS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
