Risk Management Director

At HomeEquity Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled Director, Corporate Services Transformation to lead our Internal Controls function. As a key member of our Operations and Transformation team, you'll drive an end-to-end strategy promoting risk awareness, conduct risk management activities, and perform controls testing reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute risk management activities in collaboration with business unit leaders.
- Develop and maintain control testing plans, methodologies, and results.
- Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide input on KRI thresholds and monitor risk trends.
- Act as the primary liaison between the First Line of Defense (1LOD) and the Second Line of Defense (2LOD).
- Proven experience in risk management, internal controls, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
