Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Specializing in Wound Ostomy Continence (NSWOC) to join the Wound Care team at Lions Gate Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with skin, wound, ostomy, and continence challenges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care.
- Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Qualifications
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Completion of a recognized Nurse Specializing in Wound Ostomy Continence Education Program.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
