Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Cycle Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Cycle Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that challenge and engage our members. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-energy indoor cycling classes that meet the needs and goals of our members
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging workout routines that promote member satisfaction and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive fitness program that meets the needs of our members
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices in indoor cycling

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience as a fitness instructor or in a related field
  • CPR and AED certification required within 3 months of hire
  • Nationally recognized indoor cycling certification (Schwinn Cycling or Stages preferred, Mad Dogg Spinning, Les Mills)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform exercises specific to the assigned class

Preferred Qualifications

  • Group Exercise Certification (National Association of Sports Medicine, American Council of Exercise, or American Fitness Aerobic Association)
