We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Cycle Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Cycle Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that inspire and motivate our members to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging indoor cycling classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to members' needs and developing relationships through fun and interactive classes
  • Meet daily class attendance goals and complete all administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to ensure classes are always fresh and exciting

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a fitness instructor or in a related field
  • CPR and AED certification within 3 months of hire
  • Nationally recognized Indoor Cycle Instructor, Training or Coaching Certification (Schwinn Cycling or Stages, Mad Dogg Spinning, Les Mills)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform exercises specific to the assigned class

Preferred Qualifications

  • Group Exercise Certification (National Association of Sports Medicine, American Council of Exercise, American Fitness Aerobic Association)
