The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on two key goals: driving the logistics/progression of the project and transferring knowledge from our current Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities:- Logistics/Progression Management:
- Coordinate meetings and ensure active participation of attendees.
- Gather required documentation and ensure timely review of deliverables.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document next steps, dependencies, and obstacles.
- Knowledge Transfer from Current Scrum Master:
- Conduct 1x1 sessions with the current Scrum Master to understand the project load and document next steps.
- Take over standing meetings and reset cadences as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, specifically in marketing solutions implementation and rollout.
- Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
