At OpenRoad Auto Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a Product Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by understanding each client's vehicle needs and preferences.
- Promote new business and contribute to our customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate them to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on automotive terminology and technological advancements in our products.
- Participate in product training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Use effective closing techniques to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to our Service Department personnel to highlight our dealership's quality and efficiency.
- Set and achieve monthly productivity goals, planning and organizing your approach to reach them.
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index rating.
- Attend department meetings as required and adhere to company safety policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism.
- Strong computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain records using our computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in line with the job's essential functions.
- A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
- A Current VSA MDC License.
