Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Business Analyst to join our team at MatchBox Consulting Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze and improve business records management systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and Improving Systems: Analyze and improve business records management systems and processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  2. Needs Assessments and Gap Analyses: Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  3. System Requirements and Documentation: Define system requirements, document use cases, and support system testing and enhancements.
  4. Policies and Guidelines: Develop and update records management policies, guidelines, and documentation to ensure compliance.
  5. Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance on records management best practices to staff members.
  6. Audits and Quality Control: Perform audits and quality control to ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures.
  7. Tech Research and Support: Research emerging records management technologies and support system improvements.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience in a records management system solutions role with experience in system and process analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Records management experience.
  • Experience working on large scale, complex, multi-year infrastructure projects.
  • SharePoint/Filenet knowledge and Advanced MS Office skills will be an asset along with effective communication skills considered an asset.
