As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the casino property, maintaining documentation, and working collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest level of security and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document large cash/cash equivalent transactions, exclude and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access
  • Maintain logs, record daily reports, and store records for evidence purposes
  • Monitor and document the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed

Requirements:

  • Gaming knowledge is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to focus on monitors for long periods
  • Possess a high level of honesty and integrity
  • Adherence to high standards, methods, and procedures
  • Computer proficiency
  • Background experience in Criminology is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
