Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the casino property, maintaining documentation, and working collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest level of security and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document large cash/cash equivalent transactions, exclude and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access
- Maintain logs, record daily reports, and store records for evidence purposes
- Monitor and document the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed
Requirements:
- Gaming knowledge is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to focus on monitors for long periods
- Possess a high level of honesty and integrity
- Adherence to high standards, methods, and procedures
- Computer proficiency
- Background experience in Criminology is an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Paid training on the job

Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends, and holidays. The hours of work will be based on operational and business needs.
