Job Title: Woodworking Machine Operator

Smoky Cabinets is seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computerized or manual woodworking machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures, and other wood products.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate woodworking machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions
  • Operate gluing machines to glue pieces of wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces
  • Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
Work Environment:

Our work site is a wood products manufacturer, and the work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
