Job Summary

The Operations Consultant plays a vital role in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates in partnership with the Operations Supervisor. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service during store business hours, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and development.

Store Presentation and Merchandising

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain SEPHORA's merchandising concepts, driving sales and customer engagement.
Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss, utilizing data-driven insights to inform inventory management decisions.

Merchandising and Operations

Process shipments and inventory in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient stockroom management.
Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards, adhering to safety and tidiness protocols.
Communicate inventory issues/concerns to the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Expected Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of retail/client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Possess good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
A High School graduate or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business and customers.

Additional Information

Work in a fragrance-filled environment, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, and stretch to stock shelves.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
