About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at RVC Forming. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Support Medical Examiner: Provide assistance to the medical examiner in charge as needed.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Support Framing and Demolition: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and demolishing buildings.
  • Clean and Pile Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Respond to Spills and Debris: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
