Sales and Display Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales and Display Assistant is a key member of the Hallmark sales team, responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays in retail stores across the territory. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in creating and maintaining displays in retail stores, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify display opportunities and develop effective display plans.
  • Manage display schedules and ensure that displays are installed and maintained on time.
  • Troubleshoot display-related issues and develop solutions to ensure that displays are installed and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and display is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office software.

Working Conditions:

The Sales and Display Assistant will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent travel to retail stores across the territory. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
