Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Delta Hotels Quebec. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including filing, sending emails, and preparing sales-related documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally, and gather materials to assemble information packages.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
