Director of Technology Teams

At TechInsights, we're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Technology Teams, driving continuous improvement and optimization of engineering resources. As the Director of Technology Teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our semiconductor technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and continuously improve Technology Teams' deliverables and process workflows, ensuring optimal engineering resource utilization and meeting delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmap discussions, driving innovation and growth.
  • Build, lead, and manage engineering unit leaders, providing strategic direction and clear communication of objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within a technology-focused organization.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
