We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Garage Clothing Co.
About the Role:
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our store by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for each customer.
Requirements:
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.
- Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
