The Transformation Office aims to create a consistent ability to transform our organization at all times. By combining subject matter expertise from process, platform, and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to evolve and scale to changing market dynamics, business demands, and client needs.

As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will work with accomplished professionals to deliver effective solutions for our clients and business.

You will be part of the AXI Platform Transformation and Support Team, working as a Business Subject Matter Expert. This team supports day-to-day operations and represents business stakeholders to determine and document business requirements of the AXI Platform in collaboration with the AXI IT Development Team.

  • Test new developed functionality
  • Work as an integral part of the Transformation Office
  • Facilitate UAT for systems enhancements
  • Provide level 2 local/global support for the AXI Platform

Any of the above tasks may be requested to be performed across other platforms within the Platform Transformation Office.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance
  • 4+ years' experience in Fund Accounting and FA Systems
  • Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of SQL is an asset
