Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our community inclusion efforts in Southwestern Ontario. As a Community Inclusion Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote inclusivity and engagement among youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community inclusion programs and services that promote social cohesion and community engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations, businesses, and government agencies
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver training programs and workshops on community inclusion and engagement
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and measure program effectiveness
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support community inclusion initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as community development, social work, or education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community development, youth work, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community inclusion programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions
