Launch Leader

**Our facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario is seeking a highly motivated Launch Leader.**
- Develop project timelines and conduct meetings for all launch activities and ensure adherence to the schedule
- Manage prototype and sample orders including shipping to external locations
- Facilitate customer trials, run at rates
- BOM reviews for all new products and engineering changes
- Generate PFLOW, Control Plan, PFEMA, inspection sheets for new programs and maintain exisisting programs
- Create and Maintain work instructions for new and existing programs
- Prepare PPAP’s and submit documentation through customer portals
- Issue engineering alerts for all changes to inform the shop floor
- Coordinate shipping of protypes, samples to external locations
- Support Corporate with Product design review, Tooling and Gage Reviews, costing reviews
- Support Program Management
- Identify cost reduction opportunities, utilize technical expertise to implement and oversee these improvements
- Interface with the design group with regard to manufacturing capabilities
- Direct and coordinates the work of outside contractors including tool/machine shops
- Ensure compliance with all related IATF16949 and ISO-50001 standards, policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is paramount in all activities
- 5+ years of technical project management or relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering) is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross functional team
- Previous experience in program management, leading launch activities or APQP is required
- Expertise in managing project plans, budgets, and tracking project expenses

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
