As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering global application projects, aligning with business requirements and collaborating with Functional Business Leads to ensure successful project planning, execution, and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project objectives, ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle, and actively engage with the system to configure settings, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder Management: Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to identify and resolve any issues related to business, financial, and operational requirements and systems goals.
- Team Management: Set and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders, plan, schedule, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Resource Allocation: Estimate the necessary resources and participants to achieve project goals and assess the need for additional staff and consultants.
- Communication: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, presentations, and other related project reports.
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in the business administration, management information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in deployment and support of Oracle Fusion.
- PMP Certification - asset.
- ITIL Foundations Certification - asset.
- Global travel, 40%.
