Job Title: IT Manager- Global MES

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the development and implementation of MES and IIoT solutions across our global enterprise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing Shop Floor applications, collaborating with Plant Management, Business Unit Leadership, and Continuous Improvement Teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global team of developers and analysts to design and implement standard solutions for Shop Floor Applications
  • Manage the continuous refinement of our Shop Floor Applications and Standards
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
  • Develop and lead a process of best practices, ensuring alignment across the company
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive process improvements and resolve problems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in MES, IIoT, and/or Industry 4.0
  • 5+ years of team management experience, including leading a development team
  • 3+ years of application architecture and design experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Ignition, including 2-3 years with the Perspective module
  • 5+ years of development experience, including Python, ReactJS, and MS SQL
  • 3+ years of AI/ML technology experience, including Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and Shakudo
  • 3+ years of web technology experience, including NGINX, FastAPI, HTML, and CSS
Nice to Have:
  • Grafana experience
  • Edge environment experience
  • MQTT or Kafka experience
  • Software version control (Git)
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with agile project management (i.e. Scrum)
  • Experience with Linux
