Ontario Convention Center Concessions/Banquet Server

We are seeking a highly skilled Concessions/Banquet Server to join our team at the Ontario Convention Center. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional catering service to guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with event setup, including preparing tables, garnishes, and beverages.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Captain to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service at all times.
- Adhere to strict grooming standards and policies of the company.
- Minimum of six (6) months work experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong guest service skills and knowledge of catering services and terminology.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. above shoulder level for up to 5 minutes at a time.
