Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in promoting or selling company products or services through various communication channels
  • Provide basic customer support and refer complex issues to other staff members
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes as required
  • Provide pricing and availability information to customers
  • Request and coordinate discounted prices for large orders
  • Maintain required call quality standards
  • Input sales orders resulting from customer negotiations
  • Sell additional products through suggestive selling techniques
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales or call center experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of dependability
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
