Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Structures Martel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of industrial plants and factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including reciprocating saws, circular saws, and forklifts.
  • Fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment.
  • Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
