Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing various construction tasks, including physical labor, equipment operation, and site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on farm and rural residential projects, working under the guidance of our Site Supervisor.
- Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently, including earth compactors, elevating/mobile work platforms, and pneumatic tools.
- Work closely with your team to meet project milestones and ensure top-notch work standards.
- Uphold safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites within a reasonable distance.
