A Day in the Life

As a Construction Laborer, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team. You will work alongside experienced professionals on farm and rural residential projects, contributing to various construction tasks under the guidance of our Site Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of construction tasks with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Safely operate equipment such as earth compactors, elevating/mobile work platforms, and pneumatic tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to meet project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Communicate openly with supervisors and team members to contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites within a reasonable distance.

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. We are committed to providing training and development opportunities for all our employees.
