Job Summary:

Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement sales goals and objectives for the sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new and used vehicle sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage and control sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
