Job Summary:

Burrard Acura is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the dealership remains competitive.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure sales staff are aware of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor and manage sales budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales promotions and incentives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement dealership-wide sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
