Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the Sudbury area. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of making a difference in your community.


Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in their homes and communities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
  • Work independently and as an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and scheduling systems
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
