This role is part of our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the role of Occupational Therapist, providing a critical contribution to high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will coordinate, supervise, and coach Community Support Workers in the field, conduct professional assessments of patients in their homes and communities, and develop effective Care Plans in cooperation with Home and Community Care Support Services.

The ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university and excellent English verbal and written communication skills. French language skills are an asset. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care as an Occupational Therapist
  • Coordinate, supervise, and coach Community Support Workers

  • Develop and maintain effective Care Plans

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
