Job Description

">

As an Occupational Therapist on our dynamic Rehabilitation Team, you will provide high-quality patient care by assessing patients in their homes and communities, developing effective care plans, and providing supervision and coaching to Community Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide professional assessments of patients in the community and in their homes">
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans with respect to Community Health Services">
  • Provide active guidance for workplace Health and Safety">
  • Promote independence of clients in the home and in the community">
  • Coordinate, supervise, and coach Community Support Workers in the field">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will require a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university, proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook, as well as excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
