The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, operational performance, and staff productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management, operational logistics, or a related field.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
