Food Store Manager

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of store staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement effective store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Consumer Operations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Lead a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a competitive and complex environment.
- Knowledge of commodity sales, gross margin, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and obtain a Class 5 Driver's License.
- Computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including Monday-Sunday and statutory holidays.
