Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive store environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve team performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
